Mettete della carta forno su due teglie e disponete rispettivamente le zucchine e le melanzane su di una e sull'altra i peperoni, le cipolle e le carote.<br />
<br />
Aggiungete una manciata di sale sulle verdure, un filo d'olio di semi ed infornate a 200 gradi per circa 30 minuti o finché le verdure non siano cotte.<br />
<br />
Nel frattempo cuocete il farro secondo le modalità indicate dalla scatola che lo contiene.<br />
<br />
Appena il farro sarà cotto, aggiungete un po' d'olio d'oliva, mescolate ed unite gli ortaggi, saltate in padella, aggiungete l'uvetta precedentemente lavata e tenuta un paio di minuti in ammollo nell'acqua corrente, aggiungete qualche ciuffo di basilico e togliete dal fuoco.<br />

Le melanzane a "sularu " ( termine che deriva dal dialetto siciliano indica gli strati di melanzana che compongono il piatto) è una ricetta che faceva la mia cara nonna. Io ho leggermente modificato la ricetta, adattandola ai miei gusti, infatti ho sostituito il formaggio pecorino con la ricotta salata.<br />

A parte cuocete la pancetta. Appena cotta unite il tutto e lasciate cuocere ancora un po' sfumando con dell'acqua di cottura, fino ad ottenere quasi una crema.<br />

Montate le uova in una planetaria ( o con delle fruste elettriche ) con un pizzico di sale.<br />
<br />
Aggiungete 230 gr. di zucchero e continuate a mescolare; pian piano mettete l'olio.<br />
<br />
Setacciate le farine ed aggiungetele al composto alternandole con il latte.<br />
<br />
A questo punto aggiungete il lievito setacciato e mescolate.<br />
<br />
Mettete tre quarti del composto una teglia precedentemente imburrata e infarinata o ricoperta con della carta forno.<br />
<br />
Nella l'altra parte del composto aggiungete il cacao setacciato e lo zucchero rimasto, mescolate e se occorre aggiungete un po' di latte.<br />
<br />
Unitelo al resto del composto adagiandolo in modo da dare un aspetto marmoreo (facendo dei piccoli giri a zig zag).<br />

Infornate alla temperatura di 150/160 gradi per 40 /45 minuti.<br />

<br />Lavate la zucca, togliete la buccia e tagliatela a dadini.<br /><br />Prendete una casseruola e lasciate che la zucca si ammorbidisca con un filo d'olio, aggiustate di sale.<br /><br />Nel frattempo passate alla preparazione degli spinaci. Sciacquateli e sbollentateli in acqua leggermente salata.<br /><br />Appena cotti fate gocciolare per bene.<br /><br />Fate rosolare la cipolla con dell' olio e quando sarà dorata unite gli spinaci . Coprite con coperchio e lasciatele appassire a fuoco molto dolce per circa 5-6 minuti .<br /><br />In una ciotola capiente sbattete le uova con una frusta a mano regolando di sale e pepe. Versate la panna a filo mentre continuate a frustare.<br /><br />Srotolate la pasta brisée su una teglia rotonda e disponete in maniera uniforme sul fondo gli spinaci cospargete con del parmigiano, poi create uno strato con la zucca.</div>

Quando mia figlia mi ha chiesto di portala al cinema per vedere il film in oggetto, sinceramente ho pensato che si trattasse di un film superficiale e che stavamo sprecando tempo e denaro per un film che non valeva la pena vedere.</div>

Setacciate la farina insieme all'amido e al lievito, nel frattempo montate con l'aiuto di uno sbattitore le uova insieme allo zucchero fino ad ottenere un composto cremoso.<br />

Montate i tuorli con lo zucchero.<br />
Ottenuta una crema, aggiungete man mano tutti gli ingredienti, iniziando dai liquidi incorporandoli pia piano in modo che si assorbono bene.<br />

Nel frattempo setacciate la farina che andrete ad incorporare insieme alla vanillina e al lievito, mescolate il tutto in modo da ottenere un impasto omogeneo.<br />
